Established in 2012, Upoma Handicrafts is an institutional income generation program of Ad-din Welfare Center. It is situated on the ground floor of the in-door building of the hospital Under the Ad-Din Community Health and Microfinance program, the aim of this endeavor is to improve the socio-economic status of women and create a market for the products created through direct participation of the women members of the association at home. To implement this goal, skilled training has been given to helpless, poor, widowed and abandoned women in the work area. Various types of Nakshi Katha, Bedsheets, Saree, Three-piece Salwar Kamiz, Punjabi, Fatua and women’s handbags are some of the popular categories of goods to be found in the store.

Considering the needs of patients’ attendants and visitors, BAMCH started departmental store named Utsha. Children’s toys and various necessities can be found in the store. It is located at the ground floor of the hospital building. The basic necessary items for diseased patients and their attendants can be found at the goods of this stall within reasonable price so that they do not have to go out for everyday items.
